IF YOU DO NOT MAKE ANY ATTEMPT TO CONTACT MIDSOUTH AUCTIONEERS TO PAY OR WORK OUT AN AGREEMENT OR PROMISE TO PAY, MIDSOUTH AUCTIONEERS MAY CHARGE YOUR CREDIT CARD ON FILE FOR THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF YOUR INVOICE. THIS WILL BE DONE AT MIDSOUTH AUCTIONEERS DISCRETION. SALES TAX AND A 5% CONVENIENCE FEE WILL APPLY.
If you use LEVEL's bidding platform to buyback your own item, LEVEL reserves the right to charge you a 3% buyer's premium for that item.
